This Automatic Wafer & Chocolate Packaging System allows for fully automated sorting, counting, and packaging of biscuits. It is ideal for high-efficiency packaging of cookies and cream biscuits. The system is designed to ensure seamless integration from the cooling conveyor to final packaging, enhancing production efficiency and reducing manual operations.
The wafer and chocolate automatic packaging line starts with wafers exiting the cutting machine. It consists of a main distribution belt conveyor with a scraper system and servo-driven automatic feeding belts that transfer individual wafers to the packaging machine.
The packaging system is available on either a rotary-motion or a reciprocating-motion packaging machine, depending on requirements.
Equipped with multiple functions, including an automatic film splicer, an automatic rejection system, an automatic film offset detection and correction system, and an automatic film tension control system.
