This automatic biscuit packaging system allows for fully automated sorting, counting, and packaging of biscuits. It is ideal for high-efficiency packaging of cookies and cream biscuits. The system is designed to ensure seamless integration from the cooling conveyor to final packaging, enhancing production efficiency and reducing manual operations.
The automatic biscuit packaging system uses a main distribution belt conveyor, scraper system, lateral feeding belts, and servo feeding belts to automatically arrange and transfer biscuits or cookies to the packaging machine. Automatic counting is performed according to the preset number of biscuits per pack, ensuring accurate packaging for each cycle.
The packaging machine is equipped with multiple functions, including a film automatic splicing system, an automatic rejection system, an automatic film offset detection and correction system, and an automatic film tension control system, ensuring stable and accurate packaging quality.
Multiple distribution methods are available depending on product type and production requirements, providing flexibility for different production scenarios.
An optional automatic transfer-to-standby packaging machine function to further improve production line flexibility and intelligence system, and ensure continuous and efficient operation.
