This automatic packaging system is specially designed for cakes, small bread, pie, and other confectionery products. The system provides efficient and intelligent solutions for automatic arranging, feeding, and packaging. The automated processes significantly improve production efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and ensure accurate and stable packaging performance.
The packaging line starts from the cooling conveyor after baking. Cakes, pies, or breads are then transferred to the packaging machine through a row distribution feeding system and servo-driven automatic feeding belts, ensuring smooth and stable product flow. An optional function for automatic transfer to a standby packaging machine is available, further improving production line flexibility and efficiency.
Multiple row distribution system configurations are available depending on product type and production capacity, enabling the selection of the most suitable configuration for various production needs.
The automatic cake packaging machine features multiple high-efficiency functions, including a film automatic splicing system, an automatic rejection system, an automatic film offset detection and correction system, and an automatic film tension control system, ensuring smooth operation and consistent packaging quality.
