Automatic Stacked Chip Packaging System
Automated packaging line for loading, feeding and flow wrapping stacked chips and slimilar snack products
Weighing-Based Feeding Packaging System
- This automatic production line starts after the chip cooling conveyor. After passing through a metal-detection belt conveyor, the chips enter a system comprising vibratory channels, an automatic weighing system, an automatic loading system, and a packaging machine.
- A tray dispenser automatically picks up plastic trays and delivers them to a fixed position.
- After automatic weighing, each group of chips is automatically loaded into trays. This flexible production line allows customers to place filled trays into cans and then send them to a cup-sealing machine or transfer them directly to a horizontal flow wrapper for pillow-type packaging.
- Chips can also be automatically loaded directly into cans.
- The packaging machine features various functions, including a film automatic splicing system, an automatic rejection system, an automatic film offset detection and correction system, and an automatic film tension control system.
Volumetric Feeding Packaging System
- This automatic production line starts from the chip cooling conveyor. After passing through a metal-detection belt conveyor, chips are then transferred via the main distribution belt conveyor and vibratory channels to a volumetric loading machine.
- A tray dispenser automatically picks up trays and delivers them onto the conveyor. The loading machine then automatically fills each tray with chips.
- Filled trays enter a servo-driven automatic feeding belt and are then transferred to the packaging machine for final packaging.
- The packaging machine provides multiple functions, including a film automatic splicing system, an automatic rejection system, an automatic film offset detection and correction system, and an automatic film tension control system.
